• Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Palliative Medicine Physician
• Join a comprehensive team providing inpatient and outpatient care
• Role includes:(based on experience and interest)
Inpatient palliative medicine consultations and inpatient hospice
Outpatient palliative medicine clinic
Telemedicine services
Hospice attending/medical directorship
Resident supervision
