Resilience is a vital quality for effective leadership, and while it may mean different things to different people, the core concepts of overcoming challenges, adapting, and growing remain universal. This course explores the key elements of grit and resilience, helping emerging palliative care and geriatrics leaders build the capacity to not only overcome adversity but also foster progress and productivity within their teams. The course introduces the framework of positive intelligence, which empowers leaders to shift away from fear-based barriers and cultivate a growth mindset through practice.
