Overview

Resiliency initiatives have been at an all-time high since the COVID-19 pandemic began, with most efforts focused on individual clinicians. While intentionally creating a culture that supports the ongoing resilience and well-being of individual team members is critical, the health and well-being of the interdisciplinary team is equally vital.

Building on themes from the previous session, How Resiliency Training Fails Us: From Pizza Parties to ‘Health Care Heroes’, Drs. Michelle Owens and Brenda Schiltz will explore the resilience narrative as it applies to team dynamics. In this webinar, they will identify best practices to assess team resilience and well-being, as well as describe three programmatic tools to consider when enhancing the well-being of your own team.
