While the circumstances were exhausting, she shares how this experience has helped her throughout her career—including in her current role as a medical director—effectively lead by identifying and helping others avoid burnout. Additionally, Dr. Knowlton offers solutions for gaining and maintaining leadership support, and explains the benefits of having a dyad partner for effective leadership.
