Pediatric palliative care leaders have to consider a number of different funding strategies and opportunities in order to provide comprehensive, quality care. CAPC's new pediatric palliative care billing and business planning toolkit provides guidance for designing a business plan and budget, navigating concurrent hospice care, and utilizing effective billing practices. Most resources are open to all.

Emotional PPE Toolkit
CAPC's new Emotional PPE toolkit provides resources that clinicians and teams can use to support well-being. Topics include wellness planning resources for team leaders to cultivate safety and advocate for change; tools, activities, videos, and practices to help bridge the gap if you are struggling; articles and research on emotional PPE; and relevant CAPC events. Most resources are open to all.

CAPC Designation: Chronic Pain Strategies for Patients with Serious Illness curriculum
CAPC Members that complete the Chronic Pain Strategies curriculum can now earn CAPC Designation. Designation reflects a clinician’s proven commitment to continued progress in improving the care of patients living with a serious illness, and their families. Designations can be added to your resume to indicate comprehensive training in these core competencies. If you've already completed all four courses in the unit, you can download your Designation certificate in the Course Transcripts section of your CAPC Dashboard.
