Dan's Diagnosis: Dan is a former palliative care nurse practitioner who was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia at age 47.

Dan's Story: Dan received palliative care early in his diagnosis, which has helped Dan and his wife and caregiver, Lisl, manage his symptoms and live life to the fullest.
