Join the Coalition to Transform Advanced Care (C-TAC) and the Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) for a dynamic convening of leaders working to improve the quality of care for patients and families facing serious illness.

The C-TAC-CAPC Leadership Summit is an opportunity to tap into the perspectives of national health care leaders, network with a diverse group of advocates and influencers, and learn about innovative strategies to meet the needs of patients and families.

FAQs

Yes. The C-TAC-CAPC Leadership Summit will be in-person at the Hamilton Hotel in Washington, DC. Breakout sessions will be interactive with a focus on collective problem-solving. There will not be a virtual component.

No, this event will not offer CE/CME credits.

Registration fees are to be determined. If you aren't already on the CAPC mailing list, sign up to be the first to find out when registration launches!

CAPC and C-TAC Members will receive a discount on registration.

There will not be a poster session at this year's Leadership Summit, but the interactive breakouts will offer opportunities for brainstorming, problem-solving, and exchanging new ideas.

If you are working on an innovative initiative making positive change in the care of people with serious illness, we encourage you to submit your innovation to the Tipping Point Challenge.
