Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking Board Certified or Eligible Physicians (in primary specialty) to join our growing medical group to work in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship training and Board Certification are preferred, but not required for our Hospice/Home Care services. For our Inpatient team, applicants must be eligible for Board Certification in Hospice and Palliative Medicine. Completion of an HPM fellowship is preferred.
