Are you passionate about providing compassionate care to patients and their families during challenging times? Advocate Health invites dedicated Palliative Care Physicians to join our well-established team at Aurora Sheboygan Medical Center in Sheboygan, WI.
• Provide comprehensive inpatient consultation services to patients, including conducting family meetings to discuss and clarify goals of care.
• Offer guidance and oversee pain management strategies to ensure optimal comfort and quality of life for patients.
• Fulfill responsibilities on a part-time basis, offering flexibility while maintaining high standards of care and support for patients and their families

Training and/or experience required
• Completion of an accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship
• BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Program Development or Leadership experience preferred
• Wisconsin License or ability to obtain licensure
• Team player who is hardworking, ethical and has excellent communication skills
