As a Palliative Care Advocate, you'll provide comprehensive inpatient consultation services, conducting family meetings to discuss and clarify goals of care. Your expertise in pain management will ensure optimal comfort and quality of life for our patients.

• State-of-the-Art Facility: Join our team at Aurora Grafton Medical Center, a 132-bed, 24/7 full-service hospital equipped with the latest technology and resources to support your work.

Education and Training Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship is required
• Board certification or eligibility in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Possession of a Wisconsin medical license or the ability to obtain licensure
• Candidates should possess strong teamwork skills, be hardworking, and maintain high ethical standards.
• Excellent communication skills are vital for effectively interacting with patients, their families, and interdisciplinary team members.
