Description
This is a full-time professional position responsible for planning; initial implementation of all aspects of patient care and client satisfaction relating to the Hospice Home interdisciplinary team. This position, in coordination with the Associate Vice President of Hospice and Vice President of Organizational Excellence, is responsible for ensuring the Hospice Home is in full compliance with all regulatory requirements and accepted standards of practice. This position supervises directly or indirectly, the Hospice Home administrative support positions and all interdisciplinary Hospice Home staff . This position is a member of the Clinical Leadership Team and works with the Associate Vice President of Hospice and Chief Operating Officer to provide management oversight and strategic planning for the agency.
