Description

We are looking for a Palliative Care Physician to join us at Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH), playing a critical role in advancing our mission of improving health, healing people. NAH is a physician-led organization offering tertiary care in a community hospital. The NAH vision is grounded in our intention to transform the health of the communities we serve in Flagstaff, Sedona, Cottonwood and all of northern Arizona.

This position:

Based in Flagstaff, AZ
Multifaceted program with inpatient, outpatient, home-based and hospice care
Focus on symptom management, advance care planning, and support in serious illness
Flexible, shift-based work with no call
Great physician partner and interdisciplinary team support 
Excellent camaraderie with consulting specialists
Current team is 5 physicians and 1 APP
