Join our growing program! Seeking a BC/BE physician to join our growing palliative care team
This opportunity will be based out of our Sentara Virginia Beach General Hospital in Virginia Beach, VA
Position Highlights:
· Lead an inpatient consultative service focusing on symptom management and complex medical decision making
·Work collaboratively in a robust palliative care interdisciplinary team including 3 palliative experienced NP’s and LCSW
· Typical hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
· Call schedule 1:4 weeks serving as back up to NP
· Practice in an established inpatient program with a supportive, collaborative culture from hospital, medical group and leadership.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a Physician who has strong clinical, collaborative and leadership skills, to join an established Palliative Care program.
