Our team, including providers, social workers, and support staff, provides service for diverse medical diagnosis to our patient population.  Our services include: end stage liver and renal disease, congestive heart failure, oncology, etc. Our broad scope of service is a direct benefit from established partnerships with many specialties within our organization, including daily access to chaplains and an ethicist.

Graduate from an approved school of medicine.
Hold current, unrestricted MD/DO Oregon medical license.
Have achieved ABMS/AOA board certification in a medical or surgical specialty
Hold American Board of Hospice and Palliative Medicine (ABHPM) certification; OR have completed a Palliative Medicine Fellowship.
