Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to join our growing medical group in Hospice and Palliative Medicine as part of our 17-physician/provider team in Portland, Oregon. Candidates should have excellent communication, collaboration, and primary care medical skills. Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship training is required.

This is an exciting time to work in the department of hospice and palliative medicine at Northwest Permanente. The opportunities for palliative care clinicians are challenging and varied, and there is broad institutional support for our mission. As an essential member of the care team, you will practice in a supportive and collegial environment in a combined Inpatient/Outpatient role. Kaiser Northwest has its own hospice program, integrated clinic-based palliative care and home-based palliative care, as well as an inpatient consultation service.
