KeystoneCare’s growing Hospice and Palliative care program continues to seek Full-Time Nurse Practitioners to join our team. The Nurse Practitioner(s) will serve as an integral part in delivering palliative care including but not limited to only Goals of Care conferencing, symptom management and end-of-life Care. Clinical practice will be in the hospitals and community settings we serve. Our goal is to improve the quality of life in all the communities we serve by providing comprehensive chronic and palliative care to adults with a focus on pioneering clinical management. We are dedicated to living our mission of serving all regardless of diagnosis or financial resources and with a special commitment to the medically underserved. Master's of Science in Nursing- MSN
Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited PA State Nursing Board approved Nurse Practitioner Program.
Licensed to practice in the state of PA; certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
