Overview

Reeling from more than a year and a half of unprecedented workplace challenges, many health care workers are experiencing moral injury, due to the inability to care for patients the way they would like, and/or from conflicts between their need for safety and their patients’ need for care.

Join Wendy Dean, MD, and Andrew Esch, MD, as they discuss how reframing our understanding of clinician distress can lead to better solutions. Together, they will explain how moral injury and burnout differ, provide tips on how to navigate current challenges, and offer resources to help build a work environment that optimizes clinician well-being and workplace satisfaction. The webinar will allow ample time for participants to bring their questions to the discussion.
