Pallimed: Simplifying Opioid Conversions
Drew Rosielle, MD, recently wrote two blog posts for Pallimed on opioid conversions. In the first post, "Opioid Equianalgesic Tables are Broken", he proposes that this tool should not be used to inform clinical decisions about opioid rotations/conversions. Then, he writes, "Simplifying Opioid Conversions", which outlines ways to improve teaching and talking about opioid switching (beyond conversion tables).
