CAPC Launches New Advanced Care Planning Courses
July 26, 2019 | By CAPC Staff
CAPC has partnered with Respecting Choices to build person-centered advance care planning (ACP) skills for physicians and advanced practitioners. The three new online courses, authored by Respecting Choices, assist physicians in identifying practical steps to integrate ACP into their everyday practice, especially for their patients who have not started the planning process.
Respecting Choices is an internationally recognized, evidence-based model of ACP that creates a health care culture of person-centered care, honoring an individual's goals and values for current and future health care.
