House Passes The American Rescue Plan Act of 2021
On March 10, 2021, the U.S. House of Representatives passed the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (H.R. 1319). In addition to a number of high-profile provisions regarding stimulus payments and extended unemployment benefits, this relief package also contains provisions related to public health programs, financial assistance for health care providers, COVID-19 testing and vaccine administration. The bill now goes to President Joe Biden to sign it into law.
