Front-Runners Announced for the Tipping Point Challenge

54 CAPC member organizations named as front-runners in innovation and quality improvement challenge.

Today at CAPC National Seminar, Diane E. Meier, MD (Center to Advance Palliative Care) and Amy Berman (The John A. Hartford Foundation) announced the front-runners for the first Tipping Point Challenge. This innovation and quality improvement challenge was established to help health care organizations improve the lives of seriously ill patients and their families.
