CAPC Releases Mapping Community Palliative Care Report

Learn about the availability and characteristics of community palliative care programs in the United States today.

To date, more than 900 community palliative programs have participated in CAPC's national research project, Mapping Community Palliative Care, which helped build a database containing thousands of sites of community palliative care for seriously ill patients, families, and referring providers.
