CAPC Announces the Tipping Point Challenge Top 25

The finalists of the second John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge have been announced.

On Monday, July 26, 2021, CAPC announced the Top 25 finalists in CAPC’s second John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge. The national competition is focused on the submission of innovative initiatives that have made—or will make—positive, breakthrough change in the care of serious illness. Winners in each area of innovation will be announced in October.
