Maximillian Stevenson, PharmD, MA, BCPS

Dr. Maximillian Stevenson is a board-certified pharmacotherapy specialist with advanced training in pain management and palliative care. He serves as a palliative care pharmacy specialist at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center – rotating between the inpatient palliative care consult service and outpatient palliative care harm reduction clinic.

He holds a Doctor of Pharmacy and a Master of Arts in Bioethics from The Ohio State University and completed residency training at Indiana University Health and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Dr. Stevenson is a published author and national speaker on topics including buprenorphine, cannabis-based medicines, and ethical care in serious illness.

In addition to clinical work, he serves on the Board of Trustees for the Society of Pain and Palliative Care Pharmacists and is a member of The Ohio State University Biomedical Sciences Institutional Review Board
