Kyle Quirk, PharmD, BCPMP

Kyle Quirk completed his PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency and PGY-2 Pain Management and Palliative Care Residency at the University of Michigan before working as a palliative care pharmacist at the James Cancer Hospital at Ohio State for four years. Since 2024, he has worked as the palliative care pharmacist at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, supporting the inpatient palliative care consult service, the cancer palliative care clinic, and Henry Ford Hospice.
