Kristin Martin, MS

As Senior Instructional Designer at CAPC, Kristin collaborates with internal and external content experts and field leaders to design and develop CAPC’s clinical training courses. Kristin worked with the teams that developed CAPC’s MarCom Platinum Award–winning Communication Skills for Serious Illness Conversations unit and Gold Award–winning Pain Management: Relieving Suffering and Reducing Risk units.

Before joining CAPC, Kristin partnered with teams in nonprofit, pharmaceutical, technology, and professional services industries to create engaging eLearning, simulations, instructor-led, and blended learning experiences. Kristin began her career at a consulting firm and a nonprofit member organization. She taught in the Instructional Technology Master’s program at Philadelphia University (now Thomas Jefferson University). Kristin holds an MS in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University and a BA in Mass Communications from Lycoming College.
