Jasmin Thomas, MS, PMP

Jasmin Thomas is a dedicated professional with more than five years of experience in medical education, specializing in simulation-based learning, curriculum development, and project management. At CAPC, Jasmin serves as Project Manager for Clinical Education, where she leads complex educational initiatives and oversees the development of accredited learning programs and resources that empower clinicians to provide high-quality, compassionate, and equitable palliative care.

Prior to joining CAPC, Jasmin led innovative medical education initiatives, including the implementation of simulation-based training programs and Continuing Medical Education (CME) projects that expanded participation and improved training efficiency. She is passionate about advancing multidisciplinary collaboration in healthcare education and developing educational experiences that align with diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) principles to better serve diverse patient populations.

Jasmin holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Medical Simulation and a Certificate in Organizational Development and Leadership from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) and brings expertise in leading cross-functional clinical education projects, curriculum development, continuing education programs, and strategic initiatives that enhance learning quality and improve patient care.
