As Member Relations Associate, Ashley maintains accurate member contact information to ensure delivery of correspondences to CAPC membership contacts. She assists with renewals and answers common questions from members as they navigate the renewal process. Ashley responds to requests for usage reports and triages other utilization questions to appropriate CAPC team members. She plays an important role in CAPC’s retention strategy.
Ashley comes to CAPC with a wealth of experience in member engagement and communications. At MCI Careers, she assisted in the membership support for three large associations, including the American Society of Health Care Human Resources Administration. Prior to that, she supported members at the American Board of Implantology/Implant Dentistry in preparing for and taking certification exams as well as accessing professional training and information.
