Position Profile
The Clinical Resource Nurse provides mentoring and professional development of clinical employees in a designated clinical office/department. Coordinates onsite educational programs and assists in the development of educational programs based on employee/agency needs.

Responsibilities
• Provides expert clinical resource support and mentoring.
• Orients new clinical employees.
• Provides quality continuing education in collaboration with Education Department.
• Serves as effective resource for clinical office leadership.
• Maintains professional knowledge and enhances professional skills.
• Adheres to high standards of personal and professional conduct.

Minimum Qualifications
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Current Arizona RN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum one year of recent experience in medical, surgical or critical care as a professional nurse.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and in-home hospice care experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solution driven, creative and resourceful problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage time well and perform assigned duties with attention detail, accuracy and follow-through.
• Proficient computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• BSN preferred.
• One-year adult teaching experience preferred.
• CHPN highly preferred.
