Description
This is a part-time role (24 hr/week) that will provide operational and clinical support to OhioHealth's inpatient hospice unit. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, social workers and other support staff. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist interested in expanding their practice in hospice care and acute end of life symptom management.
