Section of Palliative Medicine

The Section of Palliative Medicine invites applications for a Johns Hopkins University physician position based at our Johns Hopkins Hospital location. We are seeking candidates who are board certified or board eligible in Hospice & Palliative Medicine for this full-time role as an inpatient palliative medicine consulting physician. Academic rank is commensurate with level of experience.
The Palliative Medicine Program has faculty from a wide range of departments and fields,
including medicine, oncology, geriatrics, pulmonology and critical care, surgery, as well as
interdisciplinary team members from nursing, social work, chaplaincy and pharmacy. The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills necessary to join our rapidly growing program. Applicants should demonstrate a strong potential for excellence in clinical care, house-staff education, or quality improvement and research. The candidate will have opportunities for mentorship and scholarship.
