Dayton Children’s Hospital, a freestanding, independent, Level I trauma center children’s hospital in Dayton, Ohio, is recruiting for a full-time Pediatric Palliative Care Physician Leader to serve as Division Chief of Pediatric Palliative Care. This is an employed position and includes a very competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. This is a unique opportunity to lead, grow, and transform a comprehensive palliative care program at a mission-driven children’s hospital known for excellence, collaboration, and heart.

Candidate Qualifications
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine fellowship,
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Eligible for or able to obtain an unrestricted Ohio medical license
• MD or DO candidates will be considered.
• Demonstrated leadership ability or strong interest in program development and mentorship.
• Excellent communication skills and desire a long-term, stable leadership role
