Comprehensive Patient Care
Provide high-quality palliative care in both inpatient (80%) and outpatient (20%) settings
Ensure optimal comfort and quality of life for patients
Program Development
Collaborate with the Wisconsin Medical Director to continue to develop and enhance the Palliative Medicine Program
Collaborative Environment
Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of Advanced Practice Providers, RNs, social workers, and chaplains
Flexible Schedule, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Shared call with 10 physicians (average 1:8-9)

Experience a diverse and inclusive environment ensuring safe and equitable care for all patients
Training and/or Experience Required
Completion of an accredited Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship
BE/BC in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
Wisconsin License or ability to obtain licensure
