Highlights
Join a well-established Palliative Medicine Team where you will be busy from day one

Provide consultation services to patients, including family meetings to discuss and clarify goals of care

Offer guidance and oversee pain management to ensure the best possible patient outcomes

Opportunities for Program Development to innovate and improve care delivery

Collaborate with a system program of Palliative Medicine Physicians, APP’s, Social workers and Chaplains.

Compensation: Straight Salary $268,913 - $268,913

Generous Sign-on Bonus

Practice Mix: 80% outpatient, 20% inpatient

Locations
Share time between Aurora Medical Center Kenosha (AMCK) and the brand-new Aurora Medical Center Mt. Pleasant (AMCMP) and your clinical site Aurora Health Care Kenosha

AMCK is a 74-bed, 24/7 full-service hospital and AMCMP is a 60-bed 24/7 full-service hospital, just opened in 2022

Conveniently located minutes from the Wisconsin/Illinois border and under 60 miles to Chicago

EPIC EMR

Be part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line

Leverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature

Experience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients

Training and/or Experience Required:
Completion of an accredited Residency Program
Hospice & Palliative Medicine Fellowship
BC/BE in Hospice & Palliative Medicine
Outpatient or Clinical experience preferred
