The Palliative Performance Scale (PPS) is a widely used tool in palliative care to assess functional status, inform prognosis, and support clinical decision-making across settings. It plays a critical role in communication among interprofessional teams, eligibility determination, and care planning, but variation in how the PPS is interpreted and documented can lead to inconsistencies in practice.

This interactive webinar will explore the intended use of the PPS in clinical practice. Faculty will highlight common areas of variability, offer tips for consistent documentation, and share how one multi-site organization successfully aligned PPS practices across teams and care settings.
