Overview

Palliative care leaders face unseen challenges every day related to demand, finances, staffing, partnerships, and more. How can they best prepare for these new challenges? Having a comprehensive “leadership toolkit”—which includes knowing how to offer feedback in a skillful way—is vital to building strong teams and managing through any crisis. While leaders are not always excited about offering feedback, when provided regularly, it can create trust, connection, and growth on a team.

In this webinar, Donna Stevens, MHA, and a panel of palliative care leaders will explore the benefits of consistent, honest feedback offered in different formats. They will provide an overview and demonstration of simple tools that are easily implementable, to assist with comfort for both the giver and the receiver. Participants will leave the session with three feedback-related tools that can be added to their toolkits, which will contribute to a supportive and safe team culture.
