Overview
The day-to-day job of a palliative care program leader involves wearing a wide variety of hats. An essential one is that of mentor who facilitates the growth of staff members and others in the field.
In this webinar, which is part of CAPC’s leadership series, panelists will discuss a range of approaches for fostering professional development. They will provide tips on recognizing and cultivating leadership capabilities in others, with different coaching techniques. Finally, the panelists, who are now seasoned leaders, will share how they have been successfully mentored throughout their careers, and how they personally guide others.
