CAPC Announces the Winners of the Second Tipping Point Challenge
On Wednesday, October 27, 2021, CAPC announced the winners of CAPC's second John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge. The goal of this round of the national competition was to catalyze innovation that will make positive, breakthrough change in the care of serious illness. Open to all health care organizations, settings, disciplines, and specialties across the US, more than 100 initiatives were submitted.
