Cambia Health Foundation Announces 12 New Sojourns® Scholars

Cambia Health Foundation has named the seventh cohort of emerging palliative care leaders accepted into its Sojourns® Scholar Leadership Program, to ensure that people living with serious illness, and their caregivers, live well. In addition, the Foundation has opened the 2021 Sojourns® Scholar Leadership Program Call for Applications and encourages palliative care professionals from across the country, including all disciplines and practice settings to apply. Learn more and submit your letter of intent by March 8, 2021.
