Application Period Open for the 2027 AHA Circle of Life Award

Apply for the 2027 AHA Circle of Life Award, which honors palliative care programs delivering innovative interdisciplinary palliative care, by July 15, 2026.

The American Hospital Association (AHA) has announced that the application period for the 2027 Circle of Life Award is open. The award celebrates innovative organizations that provide direct patient care for people living with serious illness and demonstrate exceptional commitment in palliative care.

As a co-sponsor of the Circle of Life Award, CAPC invites all palliative care programs and organizations that provide best practices and innovative models for the field to apply—regardless of size, setting, location, or affiliation. Submit your application by July 15, 2026 at 1pm ET.
