Alzheimer’s Research Program Announces 2026 Funding Opportunities
The Fiscal Year 2026 Alzheimer’s Research Program (AZRP) has released three new funding opportunities focused on advancing dementia care, diagnosis, and prevention research for people living with Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias. The program supports impactful, solution-oriented research aimed at improving quality of life for Service Members, Veterans, their families, and the public. Funding opportunities include the Transforming Care Award, Transforming Diagnosis Award, and Transforming Research Award, each with a Career Initiation/Transition Partnership Option designed to support emerging investigators and researchers entering the field. The pre-application proposal is due on June 22, 2026.
