2025 AHA Circle of Life Award Winners Announced
CAPC is proud to support the American Hospital Association's (AHA) announcement of the winners for the 2025 Circle of Life Awards. Each honoree ensures equitable access to care, implements nontraditional models of care delivery and payment, and much more. Per Rick Pollack, AHA president and CEO, "This year’s Circle of Life Award honorees have created compassionate and impactful palliative and end-of-life care programs that provide invaluable support to patients and families during their most challenging moments."
The programs being honored include:
