Katy Lanz, DNP, MSN, AGPCNP-BC, ACHPN, FPCN

Dr. Katy Lanz is an award-winning clinical expert in serious illness care, recognized nationally for designing and scaling clinical interventions in all care settings with all stakeholders. Currently, Dr. Lanz serves as the chief clinical officer of Aspire Health, the nation’s largest home-based palliative practice. She has 20 years of combined clinical experience and strategic operational leadership. Her key strengths include program design, building high-functioning teams, clinical quality change management, clinical leadership coaching, and forging strategic relationships. Dr. Lanz is board certified in adult, geriatric, and palliative advanced practice nursing. She received leadership and business training through Vanderbilt‘s Doctor of Nursing Practice program and Duke-Johnson & Johnson‘s Nurse Leadership fellowship, and is a fellow in palliative care nursing.
