RESERVE YOUR ROOM

We encourage you to reserve a hotel room at the Seminar hotel, the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown. When you reserve a room at our host hotel, you are helping to support CAPC and our mission!

We have secured a discounted rate of $257 per night, single or double occupancy, plus 16.37% occupancy taxes. The discounted rate is guaranteed only until the group room block is sold out or expires. Hotel reservations in the Seminar room block must be made by Monday, August 25.

Please note: There are currently no rooms available in the CAPC room block for Sunday night. However, rooms are still available for Monday and Tuesday nights. If you’d like to reserve a room at the discounted rate but need to include Sunday night, here’s what to do:

  1. Book Monday and Tuesday nights using the CAPC room block link.
  2. Then, call the hotel directly at 877-212-5752 to request that Sunday night be added to your reservation. Please note that Sunday night room rates may vary based on current availability at the time the request is made.

Location

Located in the heart of Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is within walking distance of Independence Hall, the Liberty Bell, and the famous Reading Terminal Market, allowing attendees easy access to the city's rich history and vibrant culture.

Getting to the Seminar

Attendees are required to make their own travel arrangements. Be sure your Seminar registration is confirmed before making hotel and travel reservations.

The hotel is in the center of Center City, just ten minutes from the 30th Street Amtrak Station and twenty minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport. The airport is served by all major domestic carriers and is a major hub for American Airlines.

Starting in May 2025, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) will require all travelers to have a REAL ID (or another acceptable form of identification) to board domestic flights. Please ensure that your identification complies with the law to avoid travel delays. To learn more, visit tsa.gov/real-id.
