National Palliative Care Provider Directory
CAPC has relaunched its national Palliative Care Provider Directory, which provides a quick and easy way for patients, families, and referring clinicians to locate and contact palliative care programs in their area.
Specialty palliative care programs in both hospital and community settings can be listed in the Provider Directory on GetPalliativeCare.org. Listing your program is free and open to all palliative care programs in the U.S.
Deadline Extended: Tipping Point Challenge (Innovation Category)
The deadline for the innovation category of CAPC's John A. Hartford Foundation Tipping Point Challenge has been extended. Now, teams have until Tuesday, November 14, 2023 to submit innovative solutions that will make positive breakthrough change in the care of serious illness.
Awards will be given for inspiring initiatives that stem from all areas of care. These can include, but are not limited to, health equity, COVID-19, upstream palliative care, spread of skills, and much more. All health care organizations and staff are invited to participate. You do not have to be from a CAPC member organization to participate.
