The Palliative Pulse
The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) is taking the pulse of the palliative care field. This annual survey will help CAPC learn about YOUR well-being and the health of your palliative care team so we can better serve you—and provide tools to help you thrive.
Why should you take the survey?

- Inform the tools and resources CAPC develops to support your success

The survey is open is open to ALL palliative care professionals. You do NOT have to be a CAPC member. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete, and your responses will be kept confidential unless you give us permission to share them.
