The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, an independent non-profit academic clinical practice group affiliated with The George Washington University, seeks a full-time academic Palliative Medicine physician for its Division of Geriatrics and Palliative Medicine within the Department of Medicine. This non-tenure track appointment will be made at a rank (Instructor, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor and Full Professor) and salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include: providing excellent patient care to hospitalized patients; teaching fellows, residents and medical students; and, maintaining an active research program.

Basic Qualifications: Applicants must be board certified/eligible in Hospice and Palliative Medicine, and eligible for licensure in the District of Columbia at the time of appointment.

Palliative Medicine Physicians ( Serve as an Attending Palliative Medicine Physician for an inpatient interdisciplinary consultation service at a dynamic academic medical center and supervise trainees.
