Responsible for donor database entries as well as
providing office, clerical and data entry support to the
administrative support team which includes Fund
Development and Accounting departments.
Skill & Knowledge Requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills, both
oral and written
Excellent customer service skills.
Self motivated and able to work independently as well as
in cooperation with others.
Requires understanding of accounting principles as well
as administrative processes in relation to fund
Excellent mathematical & record keeping skills.
Competent working knowledge of MS Office Suite & data
Ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment
Education & Experience Requirements
High School Diploma. Associates Degree in business,
accounting, or office technology preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in related field. (2 years
Valid Driver’s License
