Description

Position Summary
 Responsible for donor database entries as well as
providing office, clerical and data entry support to the
administrative support team which includes Fund
Development and Accounting departments.

Skill & Knowledge Requirements
 Excellent organizational and communication skills, both
oral and written
 Excellent customer service skills.
 Self motivated and able to work independently as well as
in cooperation with others.
 Requires understanding of accounting principles as well
as administrative processes in relation to fund
development preferred.
 Excellent mathematical & record keeping skills.
 Competent working knowledge of MS Office Suite & data
base systems.
 Time Management
 Ability to multitask in a fast- paced environment

Education & Experience Requirements
 High School Diploma. Associates Degree in business,
accounting, or office technology preferred.
 Minimum of one (1) year experience in related field. (2 years
preferred).
 Valid Driver’s License
