Recruitment challenges are more difficult than ever and impact team health and patient care. Whether you are finding it nearly impossible to hire and keep a quality team, or you have come through tough times and learned some valuable strategies, we want to hear from you.

This session is an opportunity to learn and interact by sharing approaches to: attracting new team members; interviewing; marketing; supporting the development and retention of existing staff; proactively managing planned or unplanned turnover; and more. Participate in real time, while CAPC faculty lead and facilitate both large and small group discussions.
