2:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. ETThis date is full.
Do these situations sound familiar to you?
“Which patients should the social worker see?”
“I was recently hired as a palliative care social worker but don’t feel the team is utilizing all of my skills.”
“How do I make the case to add a social worker to our team?”
As an extension of the March 16, 2023 Master Clinician discussion on the clinical role of the social worker, this session is focused on the business and operational aspects of integrating the social worker as a part of a quality interdisciplinary team. Join us for a large-group facilitated panel discussion, as well as small-group breakout sessions where you will have an opportunity to learn from other palliative care programs across the county and share your own program’s experience. It is not necessary to have attended the March Master Clinician event to attend this session. Due to the interactive nature of the session, it will not be recorded for on-demand viewing.
Please note, this session is:
- Discussion-based and include breakouts to facilitate connection and problem-solving
- Require an audio connection to participate; video is strongly encouraged but not mandatory
- Not recorded
Space is limited, we recommend registering early.
